This has been our flagship project for several years. Retrieval of skin from a person after his or her death can be used as excellent dressing material to save burn victims. On the basis of this aspect Rotary Club of Khadki has set up a complete skin bank with the Sahyadri Group of Hospitals at the Surya Hospital, Pune following International norms. It has completed three years and has benefitted nearly 68 individuals. Burn victims of the lower strata sometimes need support and this is where most support is needed now.
